One loop, two lives
Most people run one system for work and improvise the rest. A different tool, a different headspace, a tax you pay every time you switch. Dynalope runs the same loop across both: you capture a weekend plan the way you capture a work task, and clarify a family commitment the way you clarify a project. One muscle memory, not two, so your private life gets the same follow-through as your work.
What’s inside
The calendar, notes, to-dos, habit tracker and journal you juggle, replaced by one surface where every part knows about the others. Nothing here is a gimmick, and nothing here shouts.
Confirm a plan you already made instead of scrolling for direction. A quick sleep-and-energy check-in fits the day to your real capacity, with a two-tap mode for hard mornings.
See your real available focus hours, then commit only what fits. A live capacity meter and the optional Bento Box: one high-, one medium-, one low-energy action.
One inbox for text, voice, photos, files, sketches, links and selected emails. A quick-capture pad on every screen, saved in under three seconds.
Turn a vague worry into a next action tied to your purpose. A short wizard asks only what matters, and the item keeps its identity from inbox to archive.
Purpose, definition of done, a brainstorm, phases and a workflow board. Only the actions you mark as next reach your planner, with their reason attached.
Anchor a habit to a trigger, “after X, I’ll do Y”, and track a weekly target. A missed day inside your quota never breaks the run.
Your whole life as one editable circle, each slice’s real fill against your intent. Your life and your work on a single canvas, linked by project.
An evening reflection that feels like a conversation, a weekly review that leads with your wins, and the Life Balance Mirror showing where your life really goes.
Meaning-based search from a Cmd/Ctrl-K bar, an organised resource library, and an archive that grows more valuable the longer you use it.
A day you can trust
You plan in two calm moments, your weekly review and your morning check-in, so the day itself asks nothing of you. Demanding work sits at your peak; light work waits for the dip. You already decided; now you simply do.
You’re always in control
Dynalope’s AI is an accelerator, not a dependency. Every flow works by hand, and paper works too.
Inbox suggestions, adaptive reflection prompts, a weekly summary. Switch it off per feature or entirely, and every flow still works by hand.
Your handwritten pages route straight into your inbox. The calm of paper, without losing a thing.

Questions
Dynalope is not another list. It filters what belongs in your life first, plans around your energy as well as your time, and connects to Google Calendar and Outlook rather than replacing them. Tasks never clutter your calendar; only focus blocks do.
The interface is instant and optimistic: every action lands immediately. Full offline sync is on the roadmap, not in the current build. We would rather tell you that plainly than over-claim it.
Completely. AI is an accelerator you can switch off per feature or entirely. Every flow has a full manual path, and the method never depends on it.
English and Swedish at launch, hosted in the EU, with full GDPR data-subject rights including one-click export and deletion.
Dynalope is in a closed pilot: a small cohort shaping what comes next. Right now, that is the way in.
