Article 1 — Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
- “Controller” means the B2B customer that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data via the Dynalope Platform.
- “Processor” means Dynalope SA, which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.
- “Personal Data”, “Processing”, “Sub-processor” have the meanings given in the GDPR.
- “GDPR” means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Any change to the sub-processor list is notified to the Controller at least 30 days before the change takes effect, in accordance with GDPR Article 28(2) and FR111.
