This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the dynalope.com marketing website. Dynalope is a product operated by Hisland Sweden AB (reg. no. 559494-3960), Trappgränd 17, 442 31 Kungälv, Sweden, which is the data controller for this website.
This notice covers the public marketing website only. Personal data processed inside the Dynalope application is governed by the in-product privacy notice and, for business customers, by our Data Processing Agreement and the current sub-processor list.

What personal data we collect
Through this website we process the following categories of personal data:
- Contact-form submissions — when you contact us via a form, we process the data you enter (typically name, email address and your message). Form submissions are delivered via the Web3Forms service.
- Technical data and server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request, used for operation, security and troubleshooting.
- Embedded content — some pages may embed videos from YouTube; when you play a video, Google/YouTube may process data about you as described in the cookie policy.
This is a static site that is essentially cookieless — we set no marketing or tracking cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to enquiries and, where the contact aims to enter into an agreement, taking steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operation, security and troubleshooting — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a secure, functioning website.
- Embedded content — legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by actively starting a video.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for:
- Contact enquiries — as a rule no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless we must keep them longer to fulfil an agreement or a legal obligation.
- Server logs — kept for a short period for operation and security, then deleted or anonymised per our provider's routines.
Recipients and processors
We never sell your personal data. To operate this website we rely on a small number of providers acting as processors on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery of the website (server logs).
- Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form content to us.
- Google/YouTube — embedded videos; Google acts as an independent controller for the processing that occurs when you play a video.

International transfers
Some providers are established outside the EU/EEA or may process data there. Where personal data is transferred to a third country, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
